Terms & Conditions

1. Program start date July 1, 2023

2. Program end date March 31, 2024

3. Solution Provider agrees they will not advertise this price online

4. Solution Provider must complete and submit online form

5. Solution Provider must place order through authorized Buffalo distribution partner

     (US: Ingram Micro, TD Synnex and D&H.  Canada: TD Synnex and D&H Canada)

6. Solution Provider must follow distribution ordering procedures

7. Buffalo will issue fixed discount to distributor who then provides final pricing to Solution Provider

8. Buffalo has the right to exclude individual Solution Providers based on its discretion at any time

9. Promotional discount is limited to a single order and maximum of two units

10. Eligible TeraStation products include TS3020, TS5020, WS5020, TS51220 and TS71210

11. Buffalo has the right to alter terms and conditions at any time including complete program termination

12. By submitting an Activate application, you agree to these terms and conditions
