BUFFALO TECHNOLOGY NAMES RALPH SPAGNOLA VP OF SALES

AUSTIN, TX – May 27, 2009 – Buffalo Technology, a global leader in the design, development and manufacturing of wired and wireless networking, storage and memory solutions today announced that Ralph Spagnola has joined the company as vice president of sales. As vice president, Spagnola will be responsible for managing and scaling Buffalo’s growing North and South American sales operations.

Prior to joining Buffalo Technology, Ralph Spagnola was senior vice president of worldwide sales at Motion Computing from the company’s inception in 2002 through March of 2008. In his role, he led Motion’s sales and business development efforts from initial start up to a successful provider of mobile computing solutions. Mr. Spagnola built a robust reseller channel, expanded sales to Europe and Asia and grew Motion to become #1 in the world in slate tablet PCs. Previously, Spagnola was an executive at Dell Inc. for 10 years where he served as VP of Sales, Large Corporate Accounts; VP, Eastern Area as well as various other sales and management positions.
